The Parker Control Tech Tour Rolls Thru New York State

Customers in New York State were treated with the 2006 version of Parker’s “Magic Bus”. The Control Tech Tour is loaded with Parker application solutions and training capabilities nicely packaged in a 45 foot expandable hospitality trailer known as the Tech Tour Transporter. During the tour, customers were shown the latest in Parker innovations along with a offering of several training seminars. Topics included Regulator Selection, Cylinder Gas Safety & Gas Management, Basic Principles of Tube Line Fabrication, Safe Valve Selection, and Multi-Valve Instrument Manifolds.

Parker Instrumentation Products Division’s(IPD) market focus has evolved over the years from just selling components to furnishing cutting-edge, newly engineered ‘systems solutions’ that solve problems and cut costs in many industries including Chemical Process, Control, Power Generation, Semiconductor and Fuel Cell to name a few. The Tech Tour semi-truck is refitted with the latest technology ‘systems’ available from Parker IPD shown in fixed and portable displays within the large trailer. Every fixed system display on this tour is applicable to a wide variety of your processes from GC Sampling to Vent Recovery including a slick new transmitter/manifold mounting system that drastically reduces change-out time and costs, which is good news when it’s done outside in winter!!!
